Kelvin is an RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 14 years’ experience in real
estate market research, feasibility studies, strategic consulting, financial modelling and
development management.
Kelvin Muoria is also a non- executive director of Kenya Valuers & Estate Agents
Limited, overseeing the property advisory and strategic consulting division of the firm.
He holds a Bachelors in Construction Management from the University of Nairobi, MSc.
in Real Estate and Property Management from the University of Salford, Manchester and
is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst.
(CIFA).
He has previously worked as an Investment Manager at International Housing Solutions
(IHS) Limited, Development Manager & Property Consultant at Emerge Developments
Limited and as a Property Development Analyst at Mentor Management Limited
(Currently trading as Turner and Townsend).

Michael is a Registered Valuer, Registered Estate Agent and Government of Kenya (GOK)
appointed Private Stamp Duty Valuer with over 13 years professional experience.
He is also the Managing Director & Chief Executive of Kenya Valuers & Estate Agents
Limited.
Michael joined Kenya Valuers in November 2015 having previously worked with Regent
Management Limited and Dominion Valuers.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and is also a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya. Michael is experienced in undertaking all types of valuations majorly in Kenya, with regional experience in Tanzania and Rwanda. He has undertaken local valuations for death duty
determination in the USA, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
